The tasks in our lesson slides not only support delivery of the programme of study but have been designed around ensuring students also develop their disciplinary knowledge of mathematics through the Dimensions of Depth – the underpinning philosophy of Mathematics Mastery. Beyond this our short and informative videos by the lesson designers give teachers insight into the aims of the task as do the notes and guidance embedded in the lesson slides. Our Departmental Workshops are designed to allow your maths team to build a shared understanding of the programme and a common approach to their teaching to develop consistency. Our online training further develops pedagogical and subject knowledge and for our Mastery Leads also develops their middle leadership skills.
